I’ve done some research on these and it looks like they could be Arnel’s but they don’t have a predominant artist mark on the back so I don’t feel comfortable selling them as Arnel’s. The other thing that makes me think they aren’t Arnel’s is because the painting on the back is incomplete. There are some paint chips on the front of the fork. If you have the creative abilities, you could fix or redo the painting. Totally up to you!
