This is an 87 piece flatware set from the 1930's in its original art deco silver chest. The name of this set is First Lady by Holmes & Edwards. The insignia IS stands for International Silver. The original sticker is loose inside the box. The condition of the inlaid silverplate is very good. The box is in good condition. The drawer is a little stubborn when opening. There are scuffs and a couple of chips to the enamel paint. Overall, this set is in very good condition.
